Because the platform runs on your own URL, the first step you will need to do is provide us with your desired domain name. There are two options for this:

a) Use a Main-Domain name such as Zone1 will look for the availability of your desired domain name, reserve it for you free of charge, and set-up the DNS records. You can choose to reserve your own domain, and provide us with your login information so we can work on the setup.

b) Use a Sub-Domain such as With this option, you will need to create a sub-domain under your company URL. Once you do this, our IT team will work with you to add a simple data record for pointing your URL to our servers.



The dedicated platform comes with several standard features that will cover all of your needs. This will allow your employees to customize e-Cards, track sent messages, set reminders, and manage their own accounts. However, we have packed different modules and features in different packages to suit each organization’s individual needs. You can choose to select a package and add optional features to enhance your platform performance and functionalities. This customization was created to maximum the benefits for your business based on your requirements, and that is what makes our platform more powerful and unique.



You can choose a license period for your platform of either 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months. License fee includes hosting, technical support, and free upgrades with pre-authorized renewal. We usually recommend starting off with a time period for licensing of either 6 months or 12 months. This will allow you to become familiar with the platform. We are certain you will love this! Because of this, we offer 24 months at a discounted rate. You can take advantage of the benefits for longer and save some money. Awesome! This is your last step! If you’ve decided to go with our full service design option, simply let us know your design ideas (if you don’t have any, that’s okay!), and we’ll create a custom mock up that is in line with your corporate branding. The mock up will be sent to you for your approval. Otherwise, simply send us your design team’s artwork. Zone1 will work closely with your creative team for guidelines and specifications to ensure proper layout and template format.


The Launch status check certifies that information and measurements during the testing are collected and recorded for quality assurance purposes. Several scenarios and quick-fix solutions are in place to eliminate any glitches that may found before a launch can proceed. Zone1’s pre-launch checklists are comprehensive and tailored towards each individual client based on their unique needs. Thoughts, modifications, and suggestions provided by the client during the testing stage are considered and discussed toward the success of the project.
